The “restaurant issue” of food magazines usually bums me out because I don’t really have time during the week to find all the crazy ingredients and cook something that has 1,000 steps. This did take a while, but, luckily, there was a nice payoff.
Moroccan Carrot Soup from Bon Appetit a few years ago. One of my favorite soup recipes. Don’t skip the greek yogurt…the tang really makes it. I doubled the recipe so now we will have soup forever! Hooray!
